Are your items brand new?

No. All items sold by Vintage Brand Lover are authentic vintage or pre-owned pieces. Each item has its own history, character, and natural signs of wear consistent with its age.

Are all items authentic?

Yes. Every item is carefully selected and inspected to ensure authenticity. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit products.

Will the item I order look exactly like the photos?

All our delivery charges are pre-set by our courier company. We sell some oversized items which require a specialist courier company to fulfil the delivery, there is an additional charge for these. How do you describe the condition of vintage items?

We aim to describe each item as accurately as possible. Minor signs of wear, fading, or small imperfections are part of vintage character and are not considered defects unless clearly stated.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition as received. Please note that returns for vintage items are assessed carefully due to their unique nature.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Can I return an item due to minor wear or imperfections?

Minor wear consistent with the item’s age does not qualify as a valid reason for return. All visible details should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

What happens if my return is approved?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Do you offer exchanges?

No. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage items, exchanges are not available.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can investigate the issue.

Can I reserve an item?

No. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Most items are one-off pieces and will not be restocked. Similar items may appear in the future, but the same piece will not return.
