We specialise in vintage, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind items. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No returns policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size or fit
  • personal preference
  • expected vintage wear and condition

All items are carefully inspected, described, and photographed. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item as shown.

Vintage condition

All items sold by La Bella Vintique are vintage or pre-owned unless clearly stated otherwise.

This means:

  • signs of wear are normal
  • minor imperfections are expected
  • colour may vary slightly due to lighting and screens

These are not considered faults.

Exceptions (important)

We will only offer a refund or resolution if:

  • the item is significantly not as described, or
  • the item arrives damaged, and this was not shown or mentioned

If this happens, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

We will review each case individually and provide an appropriate resolution where required.

Return requirements (if approved)

If a return is approved:

  • the item must be returned in the same condition
  • it must not be worn, washed, or altered
  • return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise
